Bank of Baroda has priced its offering moderately while including amenities like airport lounge access, dining privileges and rewards points earning to attract customers like executives, leaders of companies and high income groups.

Lounge Access for Cardholders

The flagship benefit for Platinum cardholders is complimentary access to airport lounges in India and globally through Bank of Baroda’s partnerships. Domestically, the card lets customers and a companion relax in comfort at Plaza Premium Lounges available in most major Indian airports before boarding. Internationally, cardholders can unwind at over 1300 Priority Pass lounges available across 500 cities in 147 countries.

Alternately, customers can use their Platinum card to access Mastercard Lounge Program at major airports in Asia Pacific, Europe, Canada and the Middle East. Between domestic Plaza Premium Lounges and international alternatives through Priority Pass and Mastercard, the Bank of Baroda credit card hence packs a punch for those who frequently travel within India or overseas for work or leisure.

Card Features to Support Premium Lifestyle

Beyond lounge access, the Platinum card comes loaded with features tailored to cardholders’ indulgent lifestyle and expenses racked up during their India and global travels.

The card has a substantial credit limit – minimum starting from ₹5 lakhs and no upper ceiling – to support cardholders’ luxury experiences, big-ticket purchases or unforeseen spends. It also offers air accident insurance cover of ₹1 crore along with usual card protections.

For high-end hospitality, shopping, medical needs and entertainment access across geographies, the Platinum card offers exclusives like Taj Epicure Plus and Culinaire membership, BookMyShow offers, global dining privileges via ‘The Table’, and concierge services etc.

Lucrative loyalty benefits through reward points help recoup part of these expenses. Cardholders earn 10 points for every ₹100 spent on travel, international transactions, dining, departmental stores, medical bills, etc. Introductory and milestone bonus points worth lakhs are also offered.

Making a Mark Among Elite Cards

As Bank of Baroda’s new marquee card targeted at rich and regular travelers, its Platinum credit card delivers holistic lounge access paired with dining, shopping, medical and entertainment privileges.
